In order to shorten queues, and thus the waiting time on a busy day in the restaurant, customers can place orders and pay by credit card using the intuitive, user-friendly touch screens. The optional system enables delivery of order directly to the customer's table.
To ensure the most efficient service, customers can place orders using COD kiosks, the so-called "Outdoor Drive - Tru", directly from their car. COD kiosks can also be used for online purchases.
Quick service restaurant customers can benefit from the waiter system. Order placed with the restaurant employee or in interactive kiosk will be delivered directly to the customer's table. The antennas system will unerringly locate the token taken during order placing.
Interactive Menu Boards give the opportunity to promote products in innovative way by matching the offer with changing conditions, such as weather or time of day. Menu Boards are compatible with POS system, informing the customer about the prices of various products on offer.
